剣道合宿では、技術だけでなく礼儀や精神面も鍛えます。稽古を通して磨かれた選手たちは、大会や試合でも相手に対して敬意を払い、勝敗にかかわらず相手を尊重します。剣道は、竹刀と防具を使って、相手と試合を行う日本発祥の武道です。竹刀を振るうことで、相手を攻撃する技術を身につける一方で、自分自身を守る技術も習得します。全国的に人気があり、毎年多くの大会が開催されています。

剣道は、単なるスポーツ以上に、日本の武道精神を体現する素晴らしい競技です。
